This is Justin Varghese. CEO of Justin Varghese Realty(BEAM REALESTATE LLC. ), Dallas TX . I was in USA WHEN want to host a reunion event in Bhopal with my friends. I called Naveen Sujwani and Jitendra Sujwani. THEY arranged everything in their resort. THIS included delicious food, heart touching ambience, outstanding welcome and coordination. I STRONGLY recommend this awesome team.. I support Naveen. I went back to restaurant to eat because their food is soooo delicious. I wish they were in USA.

This is the Worst Hotel, I have ever visited. - Toilets not Clean. Worst than public toilets. (Photo Attached). - Toilet flush not working. It stopped even after repairing. - Buckets were not clean. (Photo Attached) - Bath water has algae deposition in pipes. Taps do not have Dirt Removal Filter. - Geyser was not working. - There are Cobwebs everywhere, even in Toilet. (Photo Attached) - All Towels are absolutely dirty. My Towel was worst than a door Mat. (Photo Attached). - Electric kettle had some depositions of I don't know what. I had to clean it myself. - There was fungal infestation on ceiling. (Photo Attached). - I accidentaly went into the Kitchen. It is Worst than your any average Dhaba. It is not at all clean. I ordered my every food, even tea, from outside. - Worst of all, there are only two employees, who work as chef, maintenance, housekeeping, delivery, reception, etc. This was Worst experience of my life. Any Dharamshala is far superior than this pathetic Hotel. Please spare yourself from this Health Hazard.

Amazing facilities with delicious food i would like to suggest for wedding groom of memorable Life

Nice for organizing small family get together, b'day parties. good ambiance with parking facility. Neat and clean washroom. Also provides rooms for logging.

You will never get a warm water and the backup system fails when electricity is gone and the room looks nice but the beds have bed bugs and even the bathroom the showers won't work well and the Water closet is dirty

Good ambience with wide rooms, Nice experience, But, In a room ac was not working properly.

Location was in very interior near a field, there were fabrication/welding shop beside the hotels, buffalo's were traveling inside the hotel premises, railway line is just 50 meters away from hotel so much noise, can't sleep properly, I did not stay there, but I would not recommend it for families.

Beautiful Abience great quality of pure veg food. Excellent facilities for every function. Service quality is also very prompt, overall memorable experience, I recommend every one to enjoy the best service and food in family function like get-together, engagement, marriage, Birthday party.
