This hospital has invoices due - No paying and the accounts team is always disconnects phone without any response when asked for payment. Very poor vendor management.

Date: 18th May,2021 Day: Tuesday Time slot: 3-4 pm The vaccination venue is NOT BLK hospital, it is right next to it at Radha Swami Satsang venue gate number 5. Park your vehicles outside. There is no designated area so you have to find a spot. Once you walk in the venue, they check your appointment schedule on your device along with checking your temperature. It's a short walk to the shedded area where the entire drive is taking place. You will be provided with a token number by two attendees standing there, they will guide you as to where you should sit and wait for your token number to be displayed for the next step. It's huge area with ample of space for social distance. The area is completely secured and is provided with cooler and mist fans to be beat the heat They call approx 5 people at the time across desk for payment (your token number will be displayed in order for you to approach the billing desk). I personally had to wait for just half an hour given the huge inflow of people. Another 10 minutes at the billing desk. They ask you for your aadhar card and if you are already registered in BLK database, if not then they will register you immediately. Next ke vaccination, another 10 minutes wait and stand in the queue (3 people per desk). And you get vaccinated. Next you move to the observation area for half an hour.once your half an hour is over you register at desk and they send you certificate text and then line up in the logout register and then you are free to go. The entire process is hassles free and smooth given such huge number of people walking in and out every minute. Total time for me was 2:14-3:30pm My personal advise: 1. Please be humble towards the staff. You may face difficulties for 10 -15 minutes but they are doing they shifts for hours straight 2. Wear double mask, shield if you have and gloves for additional protection 3. They do have a counter for snacks and drinks at the observation section, in case you forget to carry your own. 4. Do not forget to carry your santiser Advise from the professionals: 1. don't take painkillers 2. Might experience Fever and chills which is okay and very normal 3. But, in case you experience high fever for more than two days contact your healthcare provider immediately 4. It's is Okay to be vaccinated during monthly cycle 5. Eat your regular food diet and increase your fluids 6. Exercise your arm and can also do cold press on it if it aches

I visited with my mother in Neurology department of BLK MAX hospital . The Staff is very Cooperative and helpful , cleanliness is maintained .

Date: 4th May 2021. Age group (18-45) I found the arrangements for vaccination quite good for such a big facility (probably India's biggest). Please be prepared to spend around 3-4 hours in total during the initial days of vaccination. Eat well before going in, take water bottle, sanitizer, double mask and gloves if possible. There are around 500 chairs to sit once you reach inside the facility. I waited for around 80 minutes in the que before going in. Kindly don't scream at the staff as it's not easy for them to manage such a huge load. Prepare your mind before visiting. Once you reach inside, they will give you token which you've to carry to the billing counter before going for the shot. Give them your aadhar card at the counter. It takes not more than 2 minutes for the shot and then you need to wait at the observation area for 30 minutes in case you get any side effect. Lastly, take your certificate (or download) and you're done. Overall a good experience! P.S. This review is ONLY about my experience at vaccination facility. I have never been in the hospital building.

Third class faculty....After payments approval they don't care about Pateint..Poor management and 5 star canteen charge.. Aims and Ganga ram is far better from this.. Don't gave room to pateint after surgery..Sarkari hospital se bi buta haal hai yaha

Dr not supportive if you are suffering with chronic disease not supported even management have only concern to make money this a foundation registered not for social work only business making model after surgery Dr deny treatment and not provide beds if the treatment required supportive care employees always say apko to maza Ata hai hospital main admit hone main even Dr say same thing

Worst hospital. They just make money n after treating the patient, if something happens with patient, they dont give valid reasons. My dadi got operated bcz of the heart problem and within 3 months of pace maker operation, she got infected at the part of body which was operated and doctor gave no specific reasons as to why this happened. They just make money

Third class in world. Money minded doctors .. Dr ishwar vohra is the worst orthopedic surgeon we have ever met . My father's surgery went entirely wrong and this doctor is inhuman.. never visit this hospital
