Absolutely worst behaviour by employees. They have called and mailed us to collect Durga Pujo Carnival passes from the NS building office. That same day, after an hour, they called and told us that they can't provide passes and that we should contact I&CA Department at Nandan. We went there at Nandan and the security guard told us that they don't have any information regarding that and behaved very badly. Also, Tourism department didn't pick up any calls from us. Totally unacceptable behaviour from a Government entity.

The office is located in the Kiran Shankar road Kolkata. 700001 MIC / MOS have there offices in this secretiat building. All the information and other future plans get approved from this office only.

I have got a definite answer for my enquiry.

It is in BBD Bag in Dalhousie area of Kolkata.

All staff is very helpful nice place .
