Good place in the middle of the city. It's close to a metro station. The place initially was tough to navigate. The people are friendly. They guided us with the appropriate solutions to our requirements and also gave us follow-up guidance over the next few days over several phone calls. Any kind of tourism info in Karnataka will be swiftly provided by these people. Overall a good experience visiting this place.

Cheaters all of them. Guides behave in a very inconsiderate way. No proper seats available in the bus. Even if you book the tickets in advance...other people can sit on your booked seats and the driver and guides do nothing to help. Do not be miscarried by the good reviews on this page. I am a victim of the same. Had thought highly about them but right now I feel cheated completely. They will cancel the tour anytime and not even inform you. If you ask for refund they will dump you in any other tour bus that has no acknowledgement of your money, time and energy. Please do not take their service. Their grievance addresal system is just non-existent

We have undertaken South India package tour covering Tamilnadu and Kerala from 11/03/2017 to 19/03/2017 through KSTDC. First of all, the tariff is most reasonable and affordable. The crew is most professional and covered all places as offered. The guide cum trip manager Mr. Maheswarappan is most professional and experienced and have complete topography of all places covered. He has ensured good fooding arrangements, ofcourse to be paid by us. The hotel accommodation provided by KSTDC is reasonable good. The trip is memorable and I am happy having chosen KSTDC for the trip. The only regret is that the KSTDC customer care has given misinformation stating that they are providing AC bus. One more thing is that the interior of the vehicle should has been better.

please avoid tours to karnataka... on seeing TN reg vehicle the karnataka state police has harrasing us in bangalore and asking(robbering) thousands of rupees from us eventhough we have all documents in current, The tourism dep want to take action for this otherwise no one will come to state

The 3rd party booking process needs to be streamlined. When I tried to book, they said, "seats available, transfer the money". After I transferred the money, they said, the promised seats are taken by someone else. This is within 5 to 10 mins of time. Need to improve the booking process to same as that for booking KSRTC bus tickets. Either the reservation is complete or your money is not taken at all.

I am so very very disappointed by what we encountered at sangama and chunchi falls. Everything was closed without any prior information. Everyone came to know after reaching the place.So many people were inconvenienced. I don't think the ordinary public should be treated in such an outrageous way

One of the lady was very harsh when she felt offended for taking pictures (my wife took the office pictures). But the director was good enough to apologize and explained about one the incidents. Regular govt office. Can't expect much.

I appreciate the Karnataka tourism department to give us proper guidance
