Department mental store - Park in Herman, Shopian - Shopian, India

The park comprises 8.5 Kanals of land is situated on the banks of Sangloo Nallah in the heart of District Shopian. The park is in two parts and both the parts are connected by beautiful culvert besides this the children playing toys installed in the park are some other features of the park. The landscaping of the park attracts more and more visitors towards it.

It is a very little park, especially for Childers and old aged senior citizens. A very beautiful and calm place. A very beautiful river in front and a stream of water passes backwoods. This park contain slides for childrens.

It was fun going in there. Really a nice and peaceful place to spend time.

Shopian has been an ancient Town of Kashmir, which among other factors in the past has historical importance, since it is situated on the ancient imperial road commonly known as Mughal Road. Shopian has the honour to had Imam Shahi Hamadan entered via it into the Kashmir valley to spread the message of Islam.

Best colony park in Shopian. One can spend morning and evening time there. Calm and clean. Well maintained. Children can play football and other games as well.

It is nothing like a fancy place to chill for children,just a couple of slides and a broken swing...However the location along the bank of river gives a soothing effect to mind during evenings.
