Rooms are cheap during off-season.. my room was clean,water heater and electric kettle was available and working..no fans are there in most of hotels..the hotel had a antique look but it is cozy.. no restaurant and laundry service was available though it is located just below MG MARG 150mtr away walking dist so no complaints ..reception guy was very polite and helpful..location wise hotel is best..all are in walking dist and this should be priority for anyone visiting gangtok as if you take hotels faraway say 1km also ,cabs charge Rs 200 to Rs 300 assessing your plight/situation..overall was satisfactory stay...
Perfectly located near the laal bazaar market with car services. Staff provided excellent service and are very polite and helpful. Provided all the amenities. Rooms are clean and one gets to view the entire city from the room. Lovely experience!! Enjoyed the stay.
Rooms are good and clean. Hotel service is average. Water heater is not working properly. You will only get a bucket of hot water. After that you have to adjust with very cold water. Hotel is very close to mg marg which is the main town centre.
