Great hospitality and a very welcoming team run by Dr. Jisha Matthew. She's patient and cares for her patients. I've gotten two root canals and a crowning done. My crown initially did fit, but Dr. Jisha was unhappy and requested me to wait another day, instead of just fitting my crown and sending me on my way - it speaks volumes of her care and attention to detail. A huge shoutout to Savitri for standing by my side and keeping the mood light and Gajendra for following up on appointments and ensuring a timely booking everytime. 5/5.

I recently had wisdom tooth removal and tooth filling here, and I must say it was a positive experience. The procedures went well and the doctors were skilled and reassuring.

I got my root canal done here. The staff is very prompt and thorough with handling appointments. Dr Jisha is very skilled and did the procedure seamlessly with out any pain .

Made an appointment with Dr. Laxmi but instead some junior doctor attended me. Was done a filling when what indeed I needed was a root canal. My toothache returned in two weeks again, when I insisted to meet Dr. Laxmi instead of junior doctor, they said she wasn't available that day. When Dr. Laxmi is not available in your clinic, better don't schedule appointments in her name. Utterly disappointed by the service given here, as the treatment done did not suffice and I had to get it treated somewhere else. Waste of my 1000INR. I do not recommend this clinic at all!!!

Excellent service.I would recommend this clinic to anyone having tooth problems.For kids, they take special care.they make them comfortable, handle them with much patience.I would like to thank Dr Neha, Dr Anjum and Dr Jisha for all support they gave us.

Visited for my son as his gum was bit swollen due to injury.( he bite plastic cap which was bit sharp). The dentist who checked him wasn't at all experienced. She unnecessarily did a scan and told he has a big cavity and he needs to go for root canal treatment. My son is just 5.10 years old and it was his milk teeth which anyways will fall. When we said we are not going for that and asked more questions, she told the scan was shaken and hence not clear but looks like he don't have a big cavity (her previous statement was changed)She then recommended to put him anaesthetic and cut the gum. Can you believe this is what she told even without being sure what was his issue?. We said we will not do that as well and left the clinic. In about 5 day's without any treatment or medicine his injury was completely healed and the swollen gum was no more. I thank God to take right decision at right time or else I don't know what would have happened after her cutting his gum, gives me goosebumps even thinking about it. Unfortunately I don't know her name so not blaming all doctors from this clinic. But I am definitely not visiting this clinic ever in future. I was charged for the shaky scan 300rs apart from the 500rs consultation charges which didn't even give correct result ,this showed ethical practice followed in that clinic. The scan print was also not handed over to us.

I have got my root canal done by Dr Hari Krishna. I was pretty satisfied with the overall procedure. Doctor was very professional, perfectionist and knowledgeable. She explained very nicely and patiently on the entire process of root canal. I would give Doctor 5 star & the clinic is very neat and hygienic. I have visited this clinic earlier as well and every time I would say I came down with a Smile so No major complaints.

I have been visiting Dental Den for approximately 4 years. Also I have been taking my 9 year old son for his teeth cleaning & filling for the last couple of years. Dr. Jisha is absolutely professional and excellent with her work. We are so happy and satisfied that we have a good dentist to take care of our teeth. One incident I would like to highlight. About a year ago, I went to another dentist to fill a cavity . After the cavity was filled, I was having pain while chewing food in that part of my mouth. I went back to the dentist twice again but it was still hurting when I chewed my food in that side of my mouth. Then the dentist took an X-Ray and told me that my tooth was "broken" internally & that I would need to perform a root-canal treatment to rectify the issue. I was quite upset because my tooth was fine until I went for the filling. So I took the X-Ray and immediately went to Dr. Jisha to get a 2nd opinion. She checked my tooth and said that there was nothing broken internally and that the filling had to be done again thoroughly. She took several more X-rays and filled the cavity. After that, there was absolutely no pain and no need for any further root canal treatment. I am truly grateful to Dr. Jisha for her diagnosis and honesty that saved me a lot of pain and misery. I would recommend Dental Den to everyone. Also the place is very clean & hygienic. All Covid protocols are in place as well. Thank You, Anthony
