The ambiance of the clinic is extremely calm and the staff is very polite, patient and helpful. Doctor tripathi is friendly and makes you comfortable immediately in case you are having apprehensions about the treatment. Treatments are affordable, professional and effective. Dr. Tripathi is always my go to dentist.

We had a very pleasant experience at Denasia. The staff was very helpful and kind and always available to help. Dr. Tripathi is very professional, they all takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice , It's not easy to find a good dentist for your kids, I highly recommend Denasia and all staff for kids and adults.

Worst experience with Hari om the receptionist who just want to gobble up money and doesn't provide receipts too. I trusted these people to send me receipt later on. Only a female doctor who is treating there is professional and talks well I feel I have been thuged. This dental facilities should be closed as they are charging more than anyone and still doesn't give all the details. Horrible clinic. Stay away. Don't be fooled by its rating.

Dr. Prashant sir is highly experienced and very friendly. I went for root canal treatment and I m satisfied with the procedure. I m recommend sir to everyone for any tooth related problems.

Dr.garima did my treatment very well, but during payment the receiptionist behaviour was too agressive and she started shouting while asking that u r not telling the correct payment as according cghs scheme she charged me double rate n behaved very ill mannered that u go n check the cghs scheme rates while dr first told me rate diffrently n receiptionist charged for 2teeth while dr already told me that u dont need much filling only so we do only in front.if we are willing to pay as u say then tell us everything politely as we ask because its our right.This happened thrice time with the receiptionist behaviour they take advantage of our dependency on them.

In 2014 I have had gaps in my teeth i visited clinic where I discussed my issues with Dr Pooja tripathi she told me braces will be a permanent fix, so i agreed and paid them 75% amount, next day dr. Pooja called me and she put the braces on my teeths little did i know she was a pedodontist not orthodontist so technically she was doing a malpractice on me, after 3 days I get the braces my bite got messed up and I started grinding my teeths on the next 2-3 visits she did nothing she couldn't able to fix the broken bracket later in fear she transferred my case to Dr. Akbar ali and he ruined my teeths further, enamel on my molars got damaged and at last my front teeths got damaged my Dr Akbar ali he's the worst human being just thinks about money. So Dr Akbar ali knows nothing about braces he just waste time and you see no progress the treatment that should be completed in months he took 2 years for nothing, and last Dr. Prashant he also knows nothing about dentistry. I further researched and found out all are graduates of worst private dental college . These are the people known nothing about basic so what you can even expect these lads can score good marks in their board and can even qualify NEET they just gave donation to get in a worst private college and roaming free in the market ruining people's life, right now my all teeths have been damaged they used to be beautiful before, they used to be perfect and strong all I had is gaps, now what left is damaged teeths with TMJ issues. These people are illiterate literally illiterate and I just pray every day they that they all rott in this life. They will rott i pray to God daily. I've lost something they can't reconstruct or return. I pray they all rott. Also the people supported them will rott too. BEWARE LADS AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE ILLITERATES. AND PLEASE SUE THEM IF THEY CAUSED YOU ANY ISSUES. BECAUSE I'M SURPRISED HOW ARE THEY STILL OPERATING AFTER RUINING SO MANY PATIENTS.

Beware going to Doctor Prashant. Worst and unprofessional service. I have visited Denasia after reading reviews ( which is fabricated since you will get discount in your next visit if give good review in google). I was treated by doctor Prashant ( who has other hats like actor, presenter etc), he is not professional enough to treat patient without interruption of numerous phone calls ,hospital administrations discussion etc. He treated me with RCT and crown for tooth decay. My pathetic dental care starts from that moment with several visits to his clinic for 2 months and finally which is costing me Rs 1 lakh to fix the terrible work he did while I was being treated by doctor Prashant. My crown fell 3 times, with complains of gum swelling , bleeding ,severe pain. My treated tooth rot further because the crown is not of correct measurement. I am adding pictures of my rotten tooth after 3 months of RCT and after 3rd time the crown fell off. I even tried to contact him with whatsapp since I am not in Bhopal but he is ignoring all the communication. Please beware going to this clinic.
