Decent room. The only problem we faced was that hot water is not there in the evening and then in the morning the amount of water heat is not great.
I really would like to thank the manager there, he is such a nice person. He knows exactly how to treat customers. But thanks to him for making our stay comfortable. Visit here at least for the service they provide.
Excellent & Budget friendly. Firstly need to talk the service, this people are soo good and well educated. I lost my phone in manglore railway station while starting to Kozhikode on the day of check-in and i couldn't make it. I called them and informed about it and requested to push our check-in for 1 day hey ended the call saying they will see for the possibility and then they accepted it. I recently stayed at Deluxe Residency during our short trip to Wayanad, and I must say, we were incredibly lucky to secure a room at the last moment. The rooms at Deluxe Residency were not only well maintained but also exceptionally clean. Speaking of the staff and manager, I found them to be exceptionally kind and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met and that we felt welcomed throughout our stay. The serene surroundings added an extra charm to our stay and made it a delightful experience. I would like to mention that hot water was available at certain timings only. Although this may be a slight inconvenience for some, it didn't significantly impact our overall experience. Additionally, while Deluxe Residency didn't provide breakfast, there were several restaurants in the vicinity that offered a variety of dining options. It gave us the opportunity to explore and indulge in the local cuisine. If you're planning a trip to Wayanad, Deluxe Residency should definitely be on your list of accommodations to consider.
We booked on cleartrip. The booking was confirmed. Just a day before we were leaving for kalpetta, i received a call from cleartrip that our booking was cancelled by hotel. When i called in hotel they said they have cancelled because of maintenance work. I asked whether we can book offline and pay directly to them. They said yes but we will have to pay more. The rooms that we booked through clear trip for 3775 only, they raised the price to 6000. When i asked how the room suddenly appeared, they told its another room. They are not reliable and can cancel at the very last moment for more money. If you dont want to spoil your trip, better to consider some other hotel who atleast honour a booking and keep their word.
Easily available, may be due to off-season (my visit) to Kalpetta Reasonably less distance from main center - 400-500m approx Good neat rooms - just for refreshment and relax. Not experience.
i will only say one word.. just stay and feel the expereince.. its wonderful in all types.. u will not find a single mistake from any of their staff and management.. they are very much well manner and so polite.
