Delta House- Varsha Enclave - Service Apartment in Mysuru - Mysuru, India

Stayed for 30 days. It was amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly and will help you in everything you need. Apartments super spacious with the things you need. Its a tranquil neighborhood. I will miss my time here. Thank you Delta House Staff, you made my stay in Mysore an amazing experience.

We booked an a/c 2bhk. It is basically a proper 1bhk plus one single bedroom (with an attached bath), which has a common foyer with shoe rack. There is a common main door which gives you complete privacy. Overall the property is good. Neat and spacious. Enough car parking. There were some minor issues though. 1. The remote in the separate bedroom didn't have batteries. We checked with the remote from the hall's TV, it didn't have a DTH subscription either. We were tired to discussing these things at night so ignored them. 2. The sheets and pillow covers had some stains and small tears. Not saying they weren't washed but nevertheless would have been better if they were not there. Considering the price we booked it for (it was the festive season), it's huge for this property and one would expect things to be almost perfect.

Very well maintained and well cleaned accommodation. Well behaved staff. The manager and the owner are really good human with all caring attitude for the guests.

I stayed here for one weeks. It was a very pleasant stay. The apartment was very clean and had all the facilities you could ask for. The staff were extremely helpful and very polite. Sajan were very helpful and made sure that my stay was a excellent one.

Decent, clean, away from crowded places. You can reach any place in under 10 mins as there is no traffic in Mysore

Property Maintenance has detioriated over time. Unservicable rooms are being sold and there is nobody accountable for service delivery. I have heard the comment "Our first preference is to foriegners" from the staff repeatedly. Maybe this place wants to take us to the British era. Not going back for any reason.

This apartment is really good one. We stayed there for more than 3 days Service wise - since it is service apartment we will have to expect some delay. But otherwise all was perfectly good. Since it is solar heater, will have to have some patience to get hot water.

I would never recommend anyone stay here. Although the beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly and attentive, the building has a serious electricity problem and the wifi does not work the majority of the time. The electricity goes out on a daily basis (like 5-7 times a day). It is not going out in the surrounding area. When I complained repeatedly every single day for two weeks about how poor the wifi was, I was only told they would fix it but it never was completely fixed. For the amount of money I paid to stay here, I am very unimpressed, starting with the cockroach that greeted me inside the refrigerator when I first arrived. The refrigerator did not work correctly, it dripped water and the ice box would not open. There was limited cooking equipment (only one hot burner, which was only made for a certain type of pan). There were also moldy shower curtains, and mold around the shower area. In the first one bedroom I stayed in, there was mold in the ceiling and the light fixture did not work from what looks like water damage. The workers there work very hard but there is only one manager who speaks English and it seems he works 24/7. I moved my last week to a single room, but could not remain, as there was mold that caused my nose to stuff up and I could not breath. There was mold in the bathroom and in the concrete outside on the balcony. I could not remain in the single room due to the mold and left early. If the owner wants to keep charging these prices, he needs to be more attentive to the guests who stay, especially long-term guests who make repeat visits to Mysore. Invest in your property or come down in price. Also - the single rooms are very very small ... there is no room to barely walk, let alone do yoga asana practice. The wi-fi problem was a serious one for me - it basically never worked right the entire month I was there!
