Perfect place for business. One can easily find many Cafe around this place for any purpose. Further, the whole area is considered to be a very premium area. When tired, one can easily visit Powai lake which very close to this building. It's a refreshing experience. Only thing which needs improvement is parking over the road. People sometimes park their vehicles or stop their vehicles on the road, this causes unnecessary trouble to the usual traffic. If the vehicles parking issue is handled properly, it would be the best business place.
