One of the best medical center for GCC and Exceptions are front office staff.They were really good .This is a wonderful center they give quick report.i can got medical report with in 3 hours. There is no car parking space. But No lady doctor to examine.But they are not give cash paid bill...

Customer friendly staff ..I have an issue with payment and they solved my query in few days .. Appreciated for the service offered.

I went here for medical and doctor said my x ray is having some problem but when i went to hospital next day for checkup xray was normal. Such a bad experience

Very disappointed in this center as they are not even ready to accept debit or credit cards for payments to the tune of 5k. Me being an NRE does not have an option to use Gpay or UPI. So I am necessitated to carry around cash just because these centers do not entertain debit cards. The cashier was not willing to make an exception either to help my aged father make the payment.

I had a very good experience with Delmon clinic. Warm welcome from themin the morning, begin from Security Mr.Felix Sir, who was very helpful indeed. All the staffs including doctor Mr.Reji Sir were very friendly, approachable, very much helpful and good behaviour. Very good ambience. Reports were given before the said time. I strongly recommend everyone to select Delmon clinic as your first choice when needed.

The entire process of doing medical checkup to providing the results are done in an orderly and professional way. But the behavior of few staff members, especially the ones directly dealing with the customer leaves a lot to be desired. It will go a long way if they could build up a more customer friendly approach and show a little bit more patience towards customer queries.

It was such a wonderful experience The front staff was very polite and welcoming. There was absolutly no fuss. All formalities and things were comleted immediatley as and when you enter the medical centre. The techicians are highly trained and experienced and do their job with at most sincerity. The results were declared very quickly. I am really glad to be there. I would definitely recommend people to go there. Delmon is the best medical centre I have come across.
