I previously worked in the hotel management industry and know what it takes to run an upscale full service hotel. Della resorts is one of the best hospitality experiences I've had. From the rooms and decor, to the service, amenities, restaurants, lounges, the pool, and grounds. Everything is immaculate, the service really does feel top notch, and the restaurant is amazing. On top of it all, the architecture is stunning. Much more interesting than the other luxury hotel brands out there. If your looking for a star hotel experience where your every need is anticipated and catered to, try out the Della Resorts. Safe travels!
Staff was courteous. Breakfast was complimentary with variety of dishes. Room service was good. Enjoyed balcony particularly with good valley and garden view. Hotel is nearby the flower garden to walk, so we went walking there and enjoyed the trip. We enjoyed our stay for three days at Della Resorts.

Camp Della experience was absolutely splendid. The location is too wonderful in rainy seasons. Food and service at all their dining places is top notch. We tried Cafe 24 and Villa Bistro.
Housekeeping could have been better - we were left stranded outside frustrated and waiting for the room to be cleaned up. Did not expect that at such an upscale resort that too after asking for room cleanup multiple times. That was the only lacuna. Despite that I am sure we will visit again.
