The sevice here is soo good the people do good service and there polite. They do the same exact thing we say. Good work.

We have to go there for service of our products which are within the warranty period, because it is an authorised service centre.

Excellent service. Amazing still this service center is maintaining COVID-19 precautions , so we have wait till our turn comes. But some customers not happy with maintaining COVID-19 precautions, these people are answering very patience. Hats off to this service center people. Technically very good Response very good Services time very very good. COVID-19 precautions maintaining excellent.

Customer Service was good. I visited during the times of Corona, so it took a week due to half day work hours. Overall experience is good, Service is very good

Good service, very Knlowadge sharing people. You visit and ask suggests. I was here for 8-10 min, they communicated in very good manner. More over very cheap service change. More service less pay.

Excellent support fully satified. Very friendly staff. These people are amazing, they the quality of being able to stay calm and not get angry, especially when there are with typical customer. I personally experienced last week when they are supporting customer very gently and expaling about display damage but customer behavior is very strange towards saff. Still they are trying to explain him display broken is not cover under warranty. That customer is not ready understand and asking illogical question to staff and irritating then. For that customer nearly whole service is hanged for one hour and 4 customers are in Q , Staff is telling please call toll free for more support, you know what was the replay from that customer for this.. " why should I call them, i have purchased this mobile for 13000 ask them to call" . This shows how that customer is. I have to say that I am using asus phone from 3 years and I my family I've 2 more phones of asus only because of this service center in using asus. Its great that staff support very nicely. Thanks to asus to providing such service centerand staff.
