Cheated. The representative do not know about the processors he just wanted to sell product and hit targets. I bought laptop from here which was lagging while finalizing the payment, representative said dont worry after updating it will work fine i gurantee. which was absolutely wrong. Next day i called him but he denied and said "vo toh hoga he sir coz aapne low budget wala laptop liya hai, abi aap SSD lelo yaha se." Sad but its true that these people are spoiling the Dell's name into dust by playing with the customers trust.
A very great store and the service is quick. The staff was also very polite. I wanted the hinges of my laptop repaired and they did it within 24 hrs. Highly recommend it.
