No option of zero orelse I would have rated zero! Such a pathetic and irresponsible service, least bothered about the customers laptop. They take almost a month for service which can be done in a week! They promise of returning the laptop in a week but take days to do same. They keep delaying. Also they dont take the responsibility if any damage is done from their side! Such a terrible experience. This id my first experience of having a dell laptop and the service is horrible.

-Located near Don Bosco higher secondary so it's not difficult to find -Many laptops available on display -Salesman/distributor very helpful with explanation and good convincing power -salesman won't oversell products. -other laptop accessories available -this shop gave me laptop bag and mouse free along with laptop. -laptop repairs also taken -lots of options available while choosing laptop. -salesman is very friendly

Extremely horrible service. Gave a laptop and was told the motherboard would be replaced in 3-4 days. It almost dragged to a month till I had to contact the manager, who told be that the initial fee of Rs999 itself was not collected so hadn't even begun the replacement process. The staff does not contact you to update and is run by a very arrogant woman. Very inefficient, unprofessional and self righteous attitude. Had me call them continuously to get it done urgently which was still not possible because they said the part wasn't available for a week after a month ! They started working on it after a month! And they lied the whole time. The dell customer care couldn't help me either because they have no way to keep this people in check. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Better get your laptop repaired in a different state as there in no other one in Goa.

Very poor service quality and support facility Dell needs to put up a better place and technical crew 1) To start with crew is absent half the time, then their behaviour is very unwelcoming And the place is hard to find 2) The feed back system regarding calling or dropping messages is not at all there The customer has to call 100 times to confirm the status because the technical crew does not get back with the status. 3) the date promised has got no meaning The understanding of value of time of customer is absent 4) when enquired about the status and repair done on laptop The crew (Mr Anup) has Hot no decency how to talk to the lady and very insultingly replying back that there is network issue at the service centre thats why he could not help in informing the customer on time 5) atleast the crew should be sensitised for their behaviour especially with the ladies The location and distance feels less if the behaviour of crew is welcoming and helping but the present situation is very alarming. And needs immediate improvement with respect to the above mentioned issues

The personnel at the service centre don't seem knowledgeable at all. I went there to upgrade my laptop's RAM but got a very poor response. They asked me to bring my laptop at the service centre just to check whether it's DDR3 or DDR4 amidst the health crisis. But they couldn't tell if the model had 1 slot or 2 slots without opening it, which wasn't possible in 24 hours. And the rates they quoted were almost double of the actual rates I found online. Alas, I took the project in my own hands and with the help of YouTube and Google managed to pull this task successfully.

Bought laptop from this store ..till then No issues less than a month just a clip for the laptop came out confirmed by staff vardhan under warranty .. handed over laptop on 16th Aug till 21st Aug no actions till confronted priyanka staff says have to remove panel and cost 5 k which i find it ridiculous .. vardhan advise to go global computer services and buy spare parts which i agreed upon reaching the place staff suchita says laptop is still under warranty and no damage its just a clip that vardhan can call customer service and order. Had file a police complaint for money extortion and false info fixing the clip lack of knowledge of vardhan priyanka and simple process cant be followed when a consumer needs to fix the laptop . Totally unexpected this kind of service after buying the laptop tried escalating this matter to ashay wasn't ready to listen cause his baby is at hospital. The whole Dell staff don't really care once u walked out the store after purchase . I'm still under age student completely harassed by this kind of situation that my mother to a file a complaint against this issue.
