They are using some laptop for themselves and when I say use I mean they are storing there files they are consuming multimedia and giving pirated windows which is not even activated and while they show you the same laptop which they are using for themselves and when you ask them yaa I want this laptop then they delete there files and pack it in the original box but it's like purchasing a secondhand laptop and paying for a brand new and the they ignore the costomer way too much

It is very good. Personally visited the shop to buy a laptop for my friend. The owner as well as his staff member both are so cordial and polite.

Its the worst place ever in Srinagar.. The guys there only catch fishes and fetch money by bluffing the customers by bullying and damaging the laptops and demanding excessive charges on their services... And even they damaged my laptop completely
