Very Worst service and money minded... I gave my laptop for service after 1 week i was facing problems in motherboard again i gave to them but now they are asking more money. I don't know how my motherboard damaged.

Prices are 3% higher compared to the Dell website. They manage the difference with unwanted accessories like mouse and keyboard skin. As they said "2.5% will be charged for credit card POS transactions of approximately 2500 for us". We are ordering a new laptop for color but they have given a waiting period of 7 to 10 days. Even on the Dell website only 3 days are allotted for delivery.

The service centre near to kumbakonam Dell showroom not an authorised one don't think both are showroom and service centre are same ..couple of months back I went there to change some spare in my laptop initially I go to that showroom and ask for service they normally says that serivice is backside of this showroom so I went there and changed the spare moreover the service are also good but it not an authorised service centre so that you can claim warranty means you have to go there only be aware of it but they changed the another model keyboard instead of my model and said that my model keyboard was not available anywhere .......
It got a wonderful showroom experience, they explain me evening.... And give proper response for my question...
.They're focusing only sale. After the sale proper service is not providing. Incase of Any thing problem after sale they told directly contact with Dell customer Care. Feel bad Customer support.
