Worst Service, staff lacks even the basic etiquette of how to talk. Gave my laptop for changing charging jack when I get it back. Has screws missing, DVD player broken and screen's hinge broken. When I complained the staff they replied it's not their problem and accused me of lying.

I have had Dell forever. They are very sturdy and you can trust them. My kids dropped them several times and they keep working. For college students they are a plus because come in many different formats. Very good job Dell. You have here a well satisfied customer. Thanks and This has been a very good laptop. Good battery life, and great features. I would buy one again. I went from a desktop computer to this laptop, and never looked back. this is a laptop with many features that most computers do not have

The experience was really good . The store owner was very humble and friendly in nature. Lot of variety available at reasonable prices must visit best store in town .

Pathetic staff!! Donot know how to talk to customers. Got there to reinstall the hard drive and charged 500 rs for just reinstalling. And even after I got some error , doesnt bother to even look and tell whats the problem really is. They said its not our work , its software problem you can go else where. Very poor behaviour with its customers. Its better to go somewhere else.

It was a great experience. The owner of the store is very welcoming. I bought a laptop few weeks ago i got the best deal and the performance of it is very nice . The service is also very good

I will not recommend it to anyone as I have purchased the laptop 2 times from there and the experience was worst both the times they will not give you any type of discounts or add-ons even if its showing on company's website, and I am not a frustrated dell user who is leaving a negative comment just to make you sure that if you are looking to buy a Dell laptop the go to some other place even in hell but not there.
