Dell Exclusive Store - Bhuj - Computer store in Bhuj - Kachchh, India

I have been using Dell laptops since 2012, I am quite satisfied with Dell's service. Currently I bought my 4th new laptop from Dell store Bhuj. There I was met by Dell's sales person. Jusab who informed me about G5 5530 and helped me choose the model. I always recommend buying all Dell products from an authorized Dell store

Very humble and geniune person seating at store. Visited to replace faulty product but they checked and found it was not actually faulty, spontenious solution by just following basics. Very Genuine service. Customer oriented service.

Harshbhai behavior little bit harsh difficult to make conversation and took review, and language was not well !! ... But JSV group is good and Dell store's person was good!

Not good Service by dell,they have given the laptop to JSV infocom,and telling me that It requires 2-3 days after repair , ,I have paid Rs 2890/- I have checked the laptop system working ok but after 5 days again same problem of blinking orange and white light issue found,as I have checked the laptop it is found that 2 screws of my laptop are Missing,I have called to JSV and go there but they are saying that will check the laptop for that you can give your laptop for one day again,I have said please tight g the screw of laptop,they declined to solve problem infront of me, I'm frustrated and return with problematic laptop. see the bill attached.

The store mgr nicely attend me. Have good knowledge of products. Even getting better response and services also. As per the client requirements they suggested me the best product. After purchase also getting proper attention from them. Satisfied.

Was sceptical about Dell's support in Kutch region of Gujarat. But Mr Jusab from Dell Bhuj's authorised centre was extremely supportive and assisted me to solve all the queries and issues I was facing with Dell Inspiron 15. Good listener, brilliant support and a gem of a person. Kudos to the Dell Bhuj team. Keep up the great work!

A great store with variety of products and very good behavior from the staff present. Especially because of Mr. Jusab Jat, for his politeness and friendly attitude towards everyone, It is always such a good visit. Bought my Dell G5 5500 from here in Dec 2020 and it has been good experience everytime I've communicated with him over any understanding. And when you buy a product do buy Genuine things, when it comes to Dell you always wanna buy them from the designated retailer. So In Bhuj,from here.
