Store experience was normal. Feel like they are short on the resources. One person was handling all customers. When I visited 4 customer was there to enquire about laptops with different requirements. Showroom is too cozy, no means of following Covid norms in this small place.

I visited this store and ordered a replacement battery for my XPS 15 9560 with the help of the in-store staff. They were very helpful and got the new battery in record time over the weekend, so I could have it installed the next Monday. Vipul kept in contact with me the whole time on Whatsapp and even helped with troubleshooting once I left the store. Great store, staff - I would highly recommend them if you have Dell gear and you need fixing.

Very bad behaviour. The owner's behaviour is very very bad. He don't know how to talk with his customers. The products are also of bad quality if 1 year warranty is given it will work for 1 year only not even a single month above that and if you give it for repair they will not pickup your call for next 2-3 days. PLEASE DON'T VISIT THIS STORE.

Before purchasing product they behave very well . They can say ''Koi shikayat nhi ayegi'' But, After purchasing they behave very worst and rude and manner less. Don't waste your time and money.

Owner don't know how to do online order. Even they don't know how to handle gst etc. At the time of purchase they will show you full confidence that they know everything, but they don't know. Guys don't waste your time at this store.
