DELIGHT - Bakery and Cake Shop in Tezpur - Sonitpur, India

Waitress service is too bad. She was very rough and showed a bad behaviour when given a complaint regarding food order. Ordered 2 paneer butter masala but provided with only 1. waited too long for the 2nd one

I often visit this store as I have a very long association with this store since my childhood days. It is a departmental store cum cafeteria. The cafeteria section is very good where you can find delicious items like chowmein, fried, rice, biryani, tea etc. Also you can find different bakery items there. But what disappoints me is the departmental section where you can hardly find any essential items you are looking for plus the staffs attitude is not that good as they hardly respond if you ask them anything which makes it difficult to locate the things you are looking for. They are either busy gossiping with fellow staffs or on their mobile. I hope the management will look into this and make it more customer friendly.

It is one of the oldest bakeries in Tezpur town, situated at the main market area, just opposite to Dimond Bakrey. Though, the name only speaks about its bakery section, today it also has a department store section .

The memories are since the end of 1990's where a small serving counter with lots of bakery products was availed. The new millennial turned out to be a huge success with introduction of Fast food items, groceries, Dairy product, Cosmetics, beverages (non-alcoholic) and many more things which excludes Tobacco products .. Rest you can go and explore on your own. The planning of space is decent and they have categorized it properly. DELIGHT ITSELF IS A PART OF HERITAGE IN TEZPUR. A MUST VISIT SHOP EVERYONE.

It's a nice place. Good place for family and friends. Credit and debit card are accepted here. Food is good here and is not that much costly.

Never ever order lassi. One of the worst lassi I have drink

They deserve a 5 star. First it comes with a sit-and shop cafeteria of its own where more than dozens of pastries and cookies are served . Great staffing, multi payment options and wide ranges of goods from basic kitchen wares, skin care products to toiletries and amenities. Secluded big building, perfect for a delightful meal as the store name suggest. Hygeine enough and cozy
