Delico Bakes And Cafe - Bakery and Cake Shop in Kottayam - Kottayam, India

It was an awful and disgusting experience here. Went for a cup of tea today evening. Entered the cafeteria and ordered A cup of tea. When I sat in the chair , suddenly I've smelled a pungent odor all over the cafe! There were three of servers / waiters. One of them is scrolling through his phone and the second one is talking to another staff at the same cafe. None od them was noticed the bad odor in the cafeteria and haven't bothered about the cleanliness of the cafe. All the tables covered with flies. One of the waiter's uniform (Green colour) was placed on the table.The floor filled with Food waste and used tissue papers. Had my cup of tea with a irritated mind and disgusting atmosphere. Very unhygienic cafeteria and atmosphere. The food service was also very poor. Reported the same issues to the manager/cashier at the time of payment. But he ain't said an apology either. Will never visit any time here and will not suggest this cafe for anyone.

Good place for having tea and snacks. Place for small Birthday parties. Friday's get together. Etc

Affordable, enough space , comfortable seating available, few parking also available. Overall, good choice of a cafeteria and bakers.

Nice atmosphere, taste and good parking facility......

It is one of the nicest restaurant in kanjikkuzhy, kottayam. The ambience is really great. If you are in a mood to have something in an relaxed and refreshing ambience, delico is a good choice. I had chicken n chappathi once which was really good. Second time i had ice cream and falooda which were reasonable at price and the best to get in that price range. Falooda cost was just 80 rs and that was enough to fill our stomach. The staff was also very nice. You can get best bakery items here.

No words. One of the best in Kanjikuzhy. Have enough privacy. Things are all tasty and above average. Is usually busy during after school hours.

No parking space. Unhygienic and poor service
