My review is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the behavior of general staff and the receptionist. The second part deals with the behavior and expertise of the doctor. The working staff (the receptionist and the other guys) is very rude. My OPD number was 126, and to my surprise, I noticed that they were allowing a guy whose OPD number was 150 to cut the line and meet the doctor. However, when I objected to this, they replied to me with a very rude and arrogant tone that they were "working according to the system." The staff is very rude, arrogant, and uncouth. However, the same can't be said for the doctor. He's polite and humble, treats patients with the utmost care, and prescribes effective medicines.

Dr behavior is good but the staff doesn't know how to deal with patients. They always show that they are illerate. Number of the times they misbehave with patients when they ask for their appointment. They just say in the next 10minutes . It's a request to the staff members, first learn the etiquetes then do your job in the hospital.
