SCAM. Beware: The doctor prescribes expensive medicines in the first meeting itself and would tell you about some tests without telling about the cost which their idiotic and unprofessional receptionist, Sonia or someone would then tell you is 9 to 13k + !! And if you don't go ahead with the tests, they won't bother. Please don't fall for this scam. Additionally, I could not find the doctor's consultation time anywhere on their website. It's only 20 minutes!! 1.2 k bucks for 20 minutes is steep for this. I don't recommend at all. Pl save yourself the time and effort. Scamming patients in the name of mental health is LOW. Shame!

Respect one word. No sugar Coated words or trying to retain patients. Trust her combination of medicines and her advice. Dr. Shugandha is not seeking money. I can say that for sure as I'm in same profession.

I visited Dr Paramjeet for mood related disturbances and have found his approach very empathetic, pragmatic and thoroughly professional. A common and understandable concern while seeking psychological help is justifying the cost but I would personally recommend Delhi Mind Clinic to anyone who asks. He never once rushed through a session. Since I'm not from Delhi, I had to travel to see him from time to time, and he himself suggested I see someone closer to me. He did not even push to see the psychologists at the clinic, instead saying that care should be as convenient and accessible as possible. He treats his patients with a deft and caring hand, and it's clear that this is not just a profession but a vocational calling for him. He has also previously worked at IHBAS which is an excellent institution. Thankyou, to Dr and the team at DMC.

The doctor, Sugandha Gupta is very calm and works according to your willingness. I always through tantrums on her but she still supports and always guides me for my betterment. So grateful to have chosen you.

I visited this clinic but was dissatisfied with the experience. It is pretty expensive for the quality of service they provide and the limited time they devote to each patient. On the surface, the doctors appear pleasant, but they lack empathy and genuine concern for the patient. Their focus is primarily on prescribing medication rather than adopting a more holistic approach. Dr. Paramjeet prescribed a tablet that caused bleeding but did not provide any information about its side effects. Overall, this place and its doctors did not inspire confidence as their approach was mercenary and ineffective.

Mine experience with Dr Sugandha has been great... She patiently listens and i felt improvement through her medicines. Sp people who are suffering from mental ailment must consult her, for their own bettermnt.

Dr Sugandha has been my savior. I suffer from anxiety and panic disorders and depression, and she has helped me through my journey so much! She understands your concerns and does not unnecessarily put you on medication unless you absolutely need it. She is patient and non judgemental, and that's a lovely thing to have in a psychiatrist. I owe my sanity to Sugandha ma'am, and I am utterly grateful to her.

DR. SUGHANDA AND THE RECEPTIONIST SONIA ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE NOT TRUE AND LOYAL TO THEIR PATIENT. I have to beg them for prescription, report, appointment and even during an emergency they don't take initiative to help their patient. And instead of accepting their mistake they make you feel as if its your mistake. They won't help in any way but make you feel even more terrible. Zero improvement in mental health in fact it gets worse.
