DELHI HEIGHTS HOSTEL - Hostel in Kota - Kota, India

Came here on 21st of May, 19 leaving today.. It's been a really great experience and service provided by Alka Group of Hostels. The service provided here is of top notch and your needs and demands are well taken care of, too. The best feature of Alka group of hostels is the staff... Facilities are awesome, too. Most commendable feature is van and the food, no complains! The rooms are spacious and the view from balcony is pretty Amazingly calming and serene. Go for it!

Delhi heights is one of the premium hostal in electronic complex. Its only for boys. Have AC rooms. 100% Pure vegetarian food. Its also offer Jain Food. Good place to stay.8

The people here are really very polite and good in behaviour. If you are local from near by city or town you'll find the food like home only..... Rooms here are also really good they are cleaned regularly and the londry facility is also good.

I stayed at Delhi Heights hostel for several months while attending coaching classes in Kota. Unfortunately, my experience at this hostel was very disappointing. One of the major issues we faced was with the water supply. Every 10-12 days, the water tank would go empty, which meant we had to go to classes without having a shower for several days. This was really inconvenient and uncomfortable. Another issue was with the quality of the food. The food was often too oily and spicy, and not of good quality. Many of us had health issues because of this. Although the food was okay in the beginning, it got worse over time. The hostel had promised to provide transportation during rain, hot weather, or exams (which were every 21 days), but they failed to keep their promise. Sometimes they said they didn't have a vehicle, and other times they said they didn't have a driver. This was really frustrating and inconvenient. Furthermore, while other hostels in Kota celebrated special occasions like New Year's Eve with parties and DJs, our hostel did nothing. We had come to Kota to study, but we also needed some form of entertainment and celebration from time to time. Finally, the hostel management was very unprofessional. When we asked for our security deposit back, they kept delaying it by saying the owner wasn't available. They only gave us the money at the last moment when we were about to leave. This was really unfair and inconvenient. Overall, I would not recommend Delhi Heights hostel to anyone. The water and food quality issues, lack of transportation, absence of celebrations, and unprofessional management make it a very unpleasant place to stay Edit: As the owner is saying that I'm fake or kinda spreading a rumor about the hostel then I wanted to ask him: 1. Isn't there a problem with Water Supply which goes off every once in a while? 2. Didn't the Owner said that they will do transport from classes during hot weather, rain, and also whenever tests will happen? 3. Does any kind of party thing happen on 2023 New Year's Eve as happened in other for getting fresh?

Good food good services Nice place to be in. [Edit: date 31 march,22] The food quality has worsened. I guess it was good only because we were new here. They even promised high speed wifi but now its just router and wires. Management doesn't listens to the problems of the students in here.

food is sometimes good and sometimes bad as well, Food is good when the owner is about to visit , rooms are good but some staff are not friendly always talk in Impolite manner rude they don't know how to talk to students
