How this place has such a high rating is beyond me. We went on a weekday evening and there were about 15-18 people being served. Only 2 servers were there. The service was extremely slow. All the chaat items have the same sweet red sauce. They messed up our order, then said that some items were not available. Food finally arrived 40 minutes after placing the order. The worst part is that the tea was machine-made. This is a shame, especially since Assam is the home of Indian tea.
The food here is absolutely delicious. The ambience is good. This place also has a home delivery option via Zomato. Try out baba-roll for sure. You're never gonna regret eating it. The staff here is well mannered. Overall, prices are decent and food is good.
