Decent hotel with decent price and room..... Well cleaned, comfortable room but the thing is that ac room n non ac are same and ac are not working, bt price is higher by 500 . The rest everything is fine.

Delco Residency - A Haven of Comfort and Hospitality (Proud to say owner is from Kerala, Mr Manikandan) During my 3 day stay at Delco Residency and 2 day month stay before a month back, I had the pleasure of interacting with a team of exceptional staff members who made my experience truly memorable. Arshad, Fazal and Njanesh were all exemplary in their roles, displaying professionalism and genuine warmth in their interactions. Arshad and Fazal, who assisted me during check-in and check-out, were incredibly efficient and courteous. They ensured a smooth process and provided valuable information about the hotel's facilities and nearby attractions. However, it was Hariprasad who left an indelible mark on my experience at Delco Residency. As the former Manager, he went above and beyond to ensure that my every need was met. Hariprasad was always available to address any queries or concerns I had, and his personalized care made me feel like a valued guest. His warmth and genuine hospitality truly elevated my stay to another level. In summary, the combined efforts of Arshad, Fazal, Njanesh, Rashid, and especially former Manager Hariprasad contributed to making my stay at Delco Residency a truly outstanding one. Their dedication to service and professionalism made me feel welcome and pampered throughout my entire visit. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to each one of them for their exceptional contributions to my wonderful stay.

Decently priced Hotel Highly spacious room. Good connectivity Clean & Hygienic, Budget friendly. Trust worthy

The room was small but neat and cleanThe check out time was 12 noonBut the hotel gave me 24 hours check out timeWhat was the best thingElse I had to book hotel for another dayBut thanks to delcoBut there was no room service likeI had to take the luggage myselfAlthough there was liftI did dnt face any problem in taking my luggage to roomBut i think that comes under attiqueteEven there was no room service like giving waterAnd not asking about how comfortable I wasOr not even once any hotel staff came to my roomI think hotel needs to improve on this thingsElse was fine

Hospitality from each and every person here I feel so good they really treat so nice specially the reception guys they all are really well mannered nice guys so I repeatedly choose this hotel only. Rooms are also clean.

Good place to stay Near to the bus stop just 50-100 MTR Also good Kerala restaurants were within 50 MTR

Price of my room for single person for single night was Rs.896/- Cons- -Bed was extra soft which will not allow your spinal cord to be straight when you sit or sleep. -No towels were given. -There was no door mattress near the bathroom, it was just a dirty towel at the entrance of the bathroom. -Charging points were not near the bed. So you cannot lie down to charge your mobile and at the same time use it. Pros- -Neat and clean. -Good behaviour of the staffs -No power-cut issue. -No water issue. -soap and shampoo were given. -24 hours check-in and check-out facility. -Allowed me to sit in the lobby after my check-out as I had to catch my train at a later time. -Food and water availability just outside the hotel.
