Dr. Simran mehta is very polite and humble, products advised by her is very effective but I would like to address my concern regarding pharmacy staff they're very unprofessional and also very rude one of their staff actually said "piche likha hai dikhayi nahi dera" this type of response is very unethical and disgusting the way the girl was behaving with senior citizens is so ridiculous it's not first time I'm experiencing this kind of behaviour from them
Dr. Samit is treating my mother from last 2 months and her pain is almost gone. She can do many physical activity now which were painful before.
Only down point the hospital have is there staff specially receptionist. They do not know how to talk to people, patients are already very stressed about their illness and the way they talk is very rude. They don't Regards anyone's problem they just say "ye hamara problem nahi hai".
Otherwise Mr. Samit is a very good doctor, i would highly recommend him.
