Dehit Yoga Therapy centre is perfect for everyone who wants to do Yoga. Devarshi Ma'am, the owner of centre is an excellent Yoga therapist. She has expertise over curing various mental as well as physical disorders. My personal experience with her is extremely satisfying. Also, she is a kind lady and is friendly in nature. I fully recommend her for anyone who wants to practice yoga in their daily lives.
I had the privilege of attending the Asthma Therapy Course Module 1 taught by Ms Devarshi Trivedi, and I must say it was an incredibly enriching experience. Their teachings are grounded in scientific data, and it is evident that they are not only knowledgeable but also highly experienced and passionate as teachers.
