Degma lake is very beautiful in rainy season. You can visit it if you have your own vehicle. Very beautiful, peaceful and pleasant environment. You will feel like you are in some kind of hill station. Must visit this place. It is a good place for group of friends, families, Cousins. Enjoy with your group of gang without any worries. You won't get any food here, either you have to bring food with you or you can cook near by lake if you have your own setup.
Very thin stream of water, people have thrown trash all over the place. Underneath the waterfall there's Shiv ji Mandir, but that too did not prevent people from throwing plastic bottles, and trash around that place. The approach road to that place however is very beautiful with lush greenery all around and gentle green rolling hills. Monsoon is the best time to visit this place even if the waterfall per se is very small one would definitely enjoy the scenery.
Degma Waterfalls - It is situated in the Hingna region of Nagpur city,, approximately 30 kms from Zero mile....very close to Mohgaon Zilpi....It is a natural waterfall,,,created when there is excessive rainfalls in this region.This place can be located on the maps,,,,Two wheelers and four wheelers can be driven down to this place,,Only exemption is that you need to do little trekking to the waterfall..Very peaceful and calm place..This time you may find a lot of travellers from nearby visiting this place.
Nice place for a one day trip with family or friends. A good enough 35-40kms drive from Zero Mile. Roads are good just little bit of off road near the location, if you are not confident enough for off road, you can go walking. Road till the destination is very nice covered in nature and little hilly rode (ghat). * Why it is famous? - It is famous for God Shiva Temple, which is under the water fall. - Good Trekking of around 2kms and a very beautiful nature view. * Is there Any Food Joints near by? - No. There not a single shop or restaurant nearby. The nearest village is 5-6 kM far. So it is better to carry good enough food and water. * Is it Safe for girls to travel alone? - Yes, but go in groups for safer side. And try to leave the place befor 5 PM or early sun set.

They follownig images of me submerged in a pool of water is more of a 1.5km of trail along the water..further in the forest.! The so visible pleasant water pool is quite holliw enough to guys more than 5 feet come and chill out in the hot climate! Degma also holds a large variety of geograhi vicnity of rocks stones etc Floral, faunal diversity is quite visible! Aquatic form of small habitat are also quite seen.! One can go with friends and family on a nice outing tour to experience the serenne exotic natural habitat !
the place it awesome but not to go on weekends... because on weekends police.petroling is there and they don't allow you to go as it comes under forest area
