Located at a very strategic location in Ghaziabad near Shaheed Sthal besides the Metro, on the Meerut Road intersection. The Diagnostic services are well performed. An MRI Costs 6000 here but if Doctors write for a discount, they do consider them. Also, the people at reception are well versed with their work. They also accept Card Payments. Timings there are 10am to 8pm.

Great service and grievance redressal (This is an updated review, as per my own experiences. My family and I have been visiting Deewan Diagnostics for years now, I highly recommend them without hesitation.) First of all I would like to thank Mr. Vijay, the Operations Manager at Deewan Diagnostics, for his commendable resolution of a difficult situation. He handled it very professionally and warmly. I would like to thank him for reinstating my confidence in their service. Next, about the test experience itself: my father who is 70+ years old got a TMT (Treadmill test) done. Given the nature of the test, it can be quite stressful (especially for senior citizens), so my priority was that the test goes as smoothly as possible. The cardiologist and the staff in attendance ensured that my father is comfortable. A big thank you to them as well.

The staff is rude and speaks like a govt hospital person like we they are doing some kind of charity of free. For Ultra sound, first you have to come at 8:00 am for registration with empty stomach then wait till 8.40 when billing guy came and shocking thing again have to wait till 10.00am for doctor to came and in all this u cant eat as this test is with empty stomach only. I am very disappointed and wont go their again

I as of late visited a symptomatic focus, and I should say that my experience was magnificent. The staff was incredibly proficient, learned, and gracious. From the second I strolled in, I felt invited and in capable hands. The actual office was spotless, very much kept up with, and outfitted with the most recent innovation. The symptomatic methodology were directed productively and with extraordinary scrupulousness. Generally speaking I was dazzled with exclusive requirement of care. Thankyou

Service is fast but centre is not able to provide the soft copy of the ultrasound despite of the fact they are charging heavily for this facility. Moreover centre staff is very comfortably saying the click the photo of the print and use it, their high value machines are not connected to computer and internet

The place was dirty. Not good place staff behaviour was not good. Last time when I visited it happened Sure Bill no is 27683. If you want i can share the bill copy also. I didn't posted anything. But it repeatedly happened so i posted when my friend reached and nobody cared about his problem.

I go for a chest xray on deewan diagnostic, they were charging 400 rs i told them its so expensive staff said no sir hmara yhi rate h.. then i go to HOD patel nagar they did same xray in just 250 rs...so much difference..

No coordination among the staff, noone to assist at the lab reception, no one to guide the patients about social distancing and hygiene maintenance. Some of the staff were not wearing mask. Afraid now, how can you trust a lab like this :) We were called for the test between 3-4 pm but reaching there, no technician was available. The x ray was done but we were told that report will be given tomorrow while everywhere it is given within 30 mns of test done. The patient health is at his own stake. If you are concerned of your health, Please don't go there. Corono le ke definitely aaogai. ----- Dear Sir, With due respect I wanted to bring it to your notice about the safety and hygiene measures are being taken at your lab. I will reply to your 4 points mentioned but the purpose of bringing it is useless until you take this as a feedback. 1. You might be adhering to the government guidelines and doing a daily check but each of the staff has to ask this question to oneself that is it not their duty to wear a mask, maintain/ get follow the social distancing and also provide strict instructions to the patients. the staff are from the medical background and they know what harm covid could do if they become lenient. They have to be proactive always and do follow this as a daily habit without being asked to do so or a daily check by the supervisors. 2. I understand about the staff crunch but this would not be an excuse because covid will not understand about the staff shortage. It is contagious and could harm the entire staff and the patients. 3. We entered the gate a guard room was there in which one guard was sitting but he has asked no question to us, we entered the reception area where billing was being made we sat their for 4-5 mins and waited till the other patients get dispersed. We asked the gentleman at the counter about the tests, he then told us that we need to go the first room to get yourself screened. At the screening counter we waited outside because there was already one patient inside, after the patient came out, we 2 people entered and being screened with thermal scanner and oximeter. There we were provided the shoe covers. We were already wearing the masks so no point of providing us the masks. They did their duty but the point is there was no one to guide us/the patients that before entering at the billing counter or the lab in the basement medical screening is first thing one need to make and also provide the directions for the screening room. By the time a patient entered the billing counter he/she might have brought the virus in. The patient after the completion of test did not know what they had to do with the shoe covers some of the patients wore them and left for their home, some thrown at the gate and some disposed in the dustbin. I hope you got my point. 4. As for the patient privacy is concerned, we have followed the privacy act. De-identified information is not considered to be 'personal information' under the Privacy Act. An image can be de-identified by removing any information that might allow the individual to be identified, including rare characteristics or a combination of unique characteristics. This might include facial features and other distinctive physical details like a rare visible medical condition, physical marking or tattoo. We have blurred the faces and here they are wearing masks so facial identification is already hidden. The purpose of clicking blurred faces was to not disclose anyone's identity or facial characteristics. I hope the picture is significant evidence of breaking the rule of social distancing. Here staff responsibility is to get this followed. My motive is to provide you a firsthand correct picture of the lab, now I look at you to take this positively. We all want to look at solutions and not the problems. Hope this will be taken positively.
