This is a nice place for vacation. This is suitable for friends, family, and couple also. This is a living house. You get exact home feeling. The rooms are well decorated and furnished. Shantiniketan is a nice place, this place is fully for peace and comfort. The location is pure silent, you can feel the nature by staying this place.You can rent the full house, you get fully privacy in this house. Well furnished neet and clean room, well maintained. Service is also good. Food is available in this house. You don't need to worry about your lunch or dinner. You get all thing from here. If you want to visit another location from this house then they arrange car for you. They do everything for you. Overall I love this place so much. If you want to feel nature then stay here and enjoy your vacation.

Booked 3 rooms for the aforesaid property. Though we were planning to stay just for a day, we were told that the minimum duration of stay to book would be 2 days. Looking at the great reviews and the rush for Holi, we agreed to the same. Pros: the property is nice, clean, green, enjoyable for its solitude Cons: many Worst part was the staff. They were barely available. Very unwilling to help for simple needs ( asked for butter for our little kid, asked for cold water to drink, asked for a cup of tea, asked for help with AC settings). All our requests were met with "not available". Basically the staff just sat in their room and wouldn't answer despite repeated calling/ knocking on the door. After a while we just stopped asking. Even when we finally left, nobody was around to assist with the departure, not even to provide us the bill. We left ultimately after calling up the owner of the property (she doesn't stay at the site) and settled the bills later online Had requested a non spicy meal cause we had two kids ( a toddler and a 7 year old) as well as aged parents with us. The lunch when served was unfortunately very spicy. That's the last meal we ordered there. Not to mention the costs are high. The crockery used are old, cracked. Needs change immediately. This is a perfect example of how callous staff can ruin what could be a good home stay. Was a spoiler for the vacation

The place is huge and good for the deers. They have a jungle like feeling there. If you are planning to visit bolpur and reserve a toto for the entire day, this place is in your watchlist for sure. The toto driver will take you to this park along with other famous places in Bolpur. You have to take entry ticket to enter this park. The scenic beauty will surely mesmerize you. You can see many deers roaming within the fence. But not the entire park will have deers in it. So, while visiting the park you may find places where thee are no deers. But you can definetly have a great time here. If you have time shortage for your trip, I would recommend not to spent much time here. Max of 15-20minutes will be fine.

Bed size is QUEEN SIZE. Difficult to accommodate kid with family. Food cost expensive. Positive things are defenitely there. Very good to stay with families if all 3 rooms are booked together. House staffs are cooperative. DEER PARK is at stone's throw distance. Kid can enjoy the park. Nice and calm atmostphere and enjoyable. Would rather say it as HOME STAY rather than HOTEL.

Average hotel to stay.Only cons i found that there is no dining facilities.you have to order food from outside. And the room which i stay,having no geyser in bathroom.but there is provision for hot water.And each and every time when you need hot water,you have to request caretaker for that.And after requesting, hot water will be available or not or how much time it will be available, cannot be guaranteed. good or average....

As the name suggests it's very close to the Deer Park which is a type of deer reserve. You can that this place is very close to the heart of Santiniketan. Nice clean AC rooms. Perfect for a weekend stay if you want a abode with the vibe of Santiniketan.

It was a home stay without a kitchen access by the guests. The stay was NOT at all enjoyable due to the non courteous staff/main caretaker. Room rent was very high in comparison to similar guesthouses/home stays. Toilets were not at all clean. The simple crockeries viz tea cups were very cheap quality products and were also cracked. Unbelievable! No soccer and tea pot were provided. Electric kettle was absolutely dirty. We took two rooms for two nights, one in ground floor and another in first floor. At night the first floor toilet's geaser and exhaust fan both were switched off by the caretaker. We asked for a second blanket for the first floor room and got one but that was taken out from our ground floor room! We had to take food as per the caretaker's choice and not as per our choice! So sometimes we were forced to take meals from outside. And the worst part of it was the rude and impolite behaviour of the caretaker lady named Namita.
