She is the best and most interactive with her students, correcting postures personally. I am learning so much every day during her sessions. Deepali Mam takes time to explain the benefits of every yoga posture and asana. During meditation sessions, it feels like much-needed self-time, and it's relaxing, rejuvenating, and peaceful.

The sequence of asanas the instructor teaches is awesome even while doing some advance asanas you'll feel calm as you'll be starting it from basic asanas and then advance....location is nice, clean and well maintained....Deepali madam also does asana correction at each point...worth attending her classes.
