The staff during the day shift were very rude and arrogant, not supportive at all. My mother was admitted for a small wound treatment whenever we ask somthing to nursing staff the answer will be negative with negative body language, the doctor Ms Shobana is very good

Very bad infrastructure and management. Hospital is built in bits and pieces and hence looks so congested and confusing. Be prepared for the long waiting hours in a congested space without proper ventilation if you are planning to consult a doctor, especially gynecology. There is no telephonic appointment reservation system. Staffs are not well mannered and they will make you go to pharmacy with your file after consulting doctor. Pharmacy is in a different building connected to hospital through a narrow corridor and for sure you will need somebody's assistance to finally reach there. Government hospitals are far better and organized.

Nursing staffs are very irresponsible and unreliable, also very rude.. had surgery for my grandma, and the overnight nurses responsible for ICU is very unprofessional, they put the bystanders in constant headache..

1. very Less number of staff. 2. Management is very bad. 3. Common ward for all patients (no seperation for ladies). Wrost experience ever.. +Ve Nurses are friendly with patients

Really bad service. No staffs to take patients in wheelchair and utter disappointment in the way the security and ground staff behavior when they had seen a bed ridden patient. Never take bed ridden patient to this hospital . More over the wheelchair used was really horrible

Very bad behaviour. Hospital is working only for the sake of making money. They don't even bothered about patients condition. Not worth for one star also. Chief doctor Shobana is a worst doctor I have ever seen.
