Deep Residency Goa - Guest house in Calangute - North Goa, India

They are big fraud. Minting more money. No proper terms & conditions. Owners language & behaviour third class. Very very worst. Location is very good but property owners behaviour make this place worst. Rooms also very bad. Bathroom not maintained. Water leakage from AC. Not at all worth . Highly disappointed.

Owner and the staffs all are so rude ...they would ask for money from guest befr letting the guest enter their room ...worst hotel I have ever visited ,would prefer to stay out all day rather than staying at such hotel room.....owner talks to customer like we are his servant ....he needs to learn that he can't talk rudely to his customer we are guest and paying room rent rather than staying their

Proximity to the beach at an affordable price. Staff can be impolite, consistently inspecting rooms. However, great enjoyment, excellent parking, and convenient access to food courts and shops.

Me and my friends 6 of us stayed in Pauline Guest house for a week The stay was great and host Mr. Fernandes is very helpful Rooms are clean and have all the basic amenities Host even helped us to get scooters for a good price They delivered and collected scooters directly from Guest house Overall a great stay

The owner is very very rude and has no sense to talk. Staff says some condition & owner denies that. Terms & conditions changes here as per time. Rooms are very dirty. Not at all recommended.

Very clean spacious place. With great location , with parking space. Friendly owner Mr Peter . very helpful with any queries. Very reasonable price . Will definitely stay again.

Place was okay. Loved the rooms with respect to prices. Loved this hotel. Nice rooms. Spacious too. Room service is great. Staff is wonderful and cooperative. Great service. Loved the food . Hotel Location is great too. Mode of transportation is easily available too. Would recommend this hotel to everyone. Comfortable and price is up to mark too. But usually this place always runs out of room.

Best experience at this hotel and a great location too. Rooms were clean and all facilities were available. Made my trip more special. Got good service from hotel management. Bike and car rental services were also vailable. It is near to Calangute beach.
