Worst experience ever.... they are charging High amount of money for nothing.... we have spent 2 hours without any electricity in this high temperature ( there was a power cut after we have checked in) plus we have asked them for a water bottle in the morning and didn't get it even in the afternoon.... they don't even know the meaning of hygiene... toilets are even worse than public toilets.... pathetic services
Excellent food & service. No.1 rooms I give 5 staff, suberb staff, friendly nature always ready for help. I have some problem but manager of hotel give me fully support. Best for couples. Thanks to HR of deep hotel
I visited this Hotel almost 4-5 times in 2019. I want to say it's just ok as per price. Also Oyo Charges so high as per hotel services. One time I found bathroom look like dustbin. Yes, it's true everything is destroyed in bathroom like public toielt. Also water's services is just ok not very good. Overall I am giving only 3 star to Deep Hotel. I hope they will improve their facilities according their charges of room. Then I will improve my rating.
