Booked car from Honda worth 23 lakh INR. It was a gift for my dad, the person who booked car asked for 20k booking fee was sent in his bank account. Than they started giving extra stress, they said deposit full amount now if you want car. Anyways car finally got delivered after 1 month arguments. Now they terminated the guy by saying he is drug addicted and he is not paying the money that I transferred in his account. Now they are not giving us the paperwork and no. Plate for car and saying we haven't received full payment. My question is how come customer is responsible for your employee's behaviour you are the one who hire them, you are the one who need to do background check, and you are responsible for respecting customers, your employees are assaulting customers and just cause a girl is contacting you won't be professional. I would love to give even less than one star but there is no option for that. I would highly recommend everyone not to buy anything from them as this place is not secure for your girls or your money. The worst and very unprofessional customer service.

Here front and reception placeof buliding is not attractive and . Back area /washing area is not upto mark. however staff is good and helpful. New cars are placed in open area and full of dust.

Worst customer handling process..they don't respond to calls, Make lame excuses, employees get changed each time u visit there and pass misinformation. They took 6 month to get our RC registered and now making us fool with the insurance work.. pathetic service. Insult in the name of trusted company like HONDA.

Biggest Fraud!!!! Deep Honda is truly a fraud agency ! They Deal with the customers fraudulently. It's more than 3 months since I have purchased the car from their showroom , they had charged me double of the actual amount for registration of my car, and till the date they have not applied for registration of my car!!! Without any second thought, don't ever bust to this fraud showroom and its franchise.
