First visit not a good experience got blood clot under my arms after waxing and they were giggling all the time and the owner took my phone and gave review to salon on her own

Staff were very kind and nice but they definitely need more training and inspiration to do better. My waxing experience was poor and pedicure not up to the mark. Moreover, one of the staff used my phone to give themselves a 5-star rating (which i deleted later). So I m not sure how many of the 5-star ratings are actually by the clients.
