Very pathetic service for this Hospital and very badly service for Emergency services and very rude behaviour employees and bounser totaly time West poor peoples and OPD every time machine is not working still waiting 2-3hour after saying coming back again tomorrow

It's was very good experience... treatment is totally free of cost......but it's took time

The worst place to go in an emergency. You will die in pain but you will have to stay in some imaginary line . Highly rude and unprofessional doctors , no compassion or sensitivity towards the patients in pain. The government should provide some seminars to the staff on how to handle the crowd . The hospital has hired some sort of bouncer to handle the poor people , it might be important sometimes but no one's there to fight , they are there to get treated or their loved ones .

Currently I m admitted in ward 10 emergency. Here nurses are very rude they are humble with those family who looks rich . toilets are disaster with Tobacco, cigrette , spits. Breakfast distributer distribute less remaining she takes home , one bed 3 patient often having veds empty in other rooms of same ward , cockroaches all over , the guard is bad as hell they shout on patients ( patient will surely punch one day him) . Doctors are very careless, they were laughing at me when I showed them my urine culture with all antibiotics resistant and suggesting me to frame this report (18-10-2023 room no 105 emergency) if possible take action against those foolish doctors present in that room on day mentioned. It has been 8 days I am admitted here . I pray to God may there families experience the same . Delhi govt should punish them

Not a good experience.. doctors took so much time in patients. The doctor and trainees gossip with each other, it does not matter while patient is waiting outside the door. They took 1-2 hours lunch break and patients are waiting outside. If you r going for just fever checkup they will take your whole day. If one doctor refer you to another doctor, they r not experienced to understand why other one referred his patient. Some doctors and staff are very much rude, they even don't know how to talk with a human. They don't give the proper instruction to patients. Doctors ko lagta hai ki ye log ghar pe free rehte hai to pura din hospital me aake bitaye.. Patient ka time Itna jyda waste krte hai ye log

The condition of the emergency ward is very hopeless ,people are sitting on the stairs, have galucose in their hands...the guards behave badly though Drs are good. But guards especially lady guards are very bad.and according to the no of patients no beds are available@ Mr kejriwal ji pls pay attention towards this.

Very neat and clean hospital, good behavior of staff, all doctor's are co oprative, full stock of medicines. Thanks

Some of the Dr are very supportive and take care of the patient very well. Bt few Doctors and staffs are very rude, specially One Bald security guy who thinks he is even above the doctors. Hygiene is a big concern. Special management is required who can control these kind of staffs and hygiene.
