Title: "Unethical Billing Practices" iMy recent experience with Dr. Arunhas left me deeply disappointed and concerned about their billing practices .It's disheartening to encounter such practices in a healthcare setting.The good reviews seems to be fake,Dont believe blindly by seeing reviews.They are literally looters.I had completely lost hope on Dr Arun. I hope this review serves as a cautionary note for others.

Dr Arun is one of the best orthopaedic doctors around and you can trust him with a very sound diagnostic and prescribed advice. The staff is courteous as well. You are assuredly in safe hands.

Had a ACL and PCL surgery done by Dr.Arun Kumar With minimum amount of pain and with great care and hospitality by the staff and Doctor himself. Overall it's a great experience and i would like to recommend to my surroundings to any ortho issues. Thanks and regards

We have visited Deeksha Hospital for my father's frozen shoulder issue due to diabetes. Dr Arun Kumar treated us very patiently and definitely recommend that you can consider the doctor if you have any orthopedic issues. My father gone through arthroscopy successfully today. ACL Surgery by Dr. Arun Kumar, Deeksha hospital This is the review I want to leave for my doctor I had been experiencing severe knee pain and decided to visit Dr. Arun for consultation. After examining my knee, he concluded that I had an ACL tear and recommended getting an MRI scan. The scan confirmed the tear and Dr. Arun suggested undergoing surgery as the treatment option. I was initially scared of the surgery, but Dr. Arun assured me that the process would be painless. Trusting his expertise, I agreed to undergo the surgery, and true to his word, the surgery was indeed painless. I experienced minimal pain for only a day after the surgery and the overall process was smooth, making me hardly feel like I had undergone surgery at all. Another concern I had was with the removal of stitches after the surgery. I was apprehensive about the process being painful, so I asked Dr. Arun to remove the stitches using local anesthesia. He calmly explained that he would remove one stitch first, and if it caused any pain, he would then administer local anesthesia. To my surprise, there was no pain at all when he removed the stitch without anesthesia. Me being an corporate employee had insurance issues with other hospitals inspite of having 100% coverage and with Deeksha hospital had no issues with insurance too. Inspite of having many reputed hospitals nearby, we have been reaching out to Dr Arun since 2009 for ortho problems. for any sort of ortho related issues as he's very friendly, polite n mostly he very clearly explains what the problem is and provides the right solution for the reported problem. My family members have been treated for hip facture, wrist fracture, ACL n meniscus issues. I highly recommend Dr. Arun for all orthopedic-related problems, especially for those who have a fear of medical procedures (tomophobia) or fear of pain (algophobia). In fact, my cousin also had an ACL surgery with Dr. Arun just a month ago, and after just 15 days of surgery, we were able to go shopping at Decathlon, which I couldn't have imagined doing so soon after the surgery. Dr. Arun's expertise, reassurance, and patient-centered approach truly made my experience positive and I am grateful for his care

Visited Dr. Anand Kumar in September due to ongowing knee pain. Had waited months for some sort of help from the NHS UK. Eventually I recieved a Physiotherapy referal, however it was not helpful and I ended up discharging myself. I had then paid for private Chiropractic appointments and a Chinese Medical appointment, both in the UK. But the problem still prevailed. I was told different things, weakness in the hip muscle, weakness in the knee muscles, weakness in the glute muscle, poor circulation etc. Anyway, whilst visiting India in September of 2022, it was suggested to me by a local to visit Dr Kumar. I had my appointment that day with Dr Kumar! Dr Kumar did thourough examinations and ran the necessary (and affordable) tests. The whole process was very quick and comfortable. Turns out the pain is related to an acute ACL tear. MRI imagery and report was done, with a complementary CT scan! I was able to keep the imagery and report. The correct therapies and medication have now been provided and I was able to notice improvements only after a couple of weeks! Thank you Dr Kumar, I will recommend you and visit you again if ever needed.

Very bad service and over rated. To just put simple plaster they charged me around 9k. Doc fee 400 Xray fee 450 Plaster material cost 3k, in which the doc Dr Arun Kumar #DrArunkumar was wanting to put needle through my bone which I said no. He had written pain killer to be injected through iv I said no to tht too. The doc agreed to all.. Tht saved me more than 1000 bugs. Applications of plaster 2500 Procreation 2500 5000+3850= 8850 After complaining doc gv 1000 rs discount. I guess the best thing covid got to us is these hospitals started pulling money out of our pockets. Very bad experience would not suggest the hospital to anyone... There should be a gov regularity to look into how these hospitals r cheating on ppl. Jeetin Rangher
