I really had a great time Vasan Dental Care,Kottayam. I got reference from one of my relatives to Dr.Kevin. His instructions were really friendly,helpful and effective.The team as a whole was really service minded.

Really bad experience. No follow ups after the full payment. The dentist didn't even find cavities after weekly appointments.Had to point out issues to the guy. Choose a better dental care around, anything can be better than this establishment . Way overpriced!!! My teeth have started to become sensitive and this guys solution to this was there is no treatment for this..It constantly hurts and I really regret the day I stepped into this place ... The place does no justice to its patients..

My experience with Vasan dental care is completely satisfactory. They provide excellent service with proper followups and things. Specially, Dr. ABIN! He is the one who changed my smile. He corrected each problems with so much patience and observation. Above all he is damn good with his charecter. His amazing charecter as well as his professional knowledge make him this much dear to each and every patients. And all the other staffs including Dr.Kevin and Dr.Deepthy are really co-operative and customer friendly. Loved their service ! Thanks Vasan!

Had a very good experience with Vasan Dental . We started the treatment at their Bangalore branch but when we moved to Kerala, it was a smooth transition for us. Vasan Dental kottayam was extremely helpful and co-operative, the whole treament was completed to our satisfaction without any hiccups.

Worst experience I ever had. I am driving to Vasan dental care everytime from Kanjirapalli. It's 1.30mins drive one side. And today i am asked to wait because of the machine called (handpiece)malfunction. It's been 2hrs now I am waiting and there is no response. Their excuse is that out of two one of the machine for drilling is not working and they are working with only one machine. It would have been great if they inform me in the morning or afternoon when I contacted them and enquired about my appointment about the delay and I could have made my plans accordingly.

Kottayam is religious about Sundays being holidays and it's tough to find a clinic on Sundays. Vasan is open till 1:00 pm on Sundays too. Doctor was slightly late to reach. Good basic investigation and diagnosis. Required a root canal , but since there was not enough days to complete teh procedure, Dr. Anuja Jose suggested antibiotics and pain killers and to get the root canal done at the first opportunity. Was glad to see that there was no un necessary pressure to do the procedure or do it in a single sitting. Got basic cleaning done. Reasonable charges.

You will get things done to you . But some of the doctors are very unprofessional with the use of their words. This is the doctor who cleaned my teeth . She started the procedure with out getting the consent. We thought she is just having a look like she said. When you take 3000 Rupees to take a tooth you gotta at least know not to offend the patient by saying "pallinte bhangi kannadiyil nokki kurey neram thekkumo " and " bhayankara pedi aanennu thonunnallo" . She said I will show you how to brush teeth and do flossing. I pointed out that she has to support the patient on the procedure chair and not offend. Then she never talked, never showed me how to brush and floss. When we next saw her she walked away like a 10 year old making a face as if she absolutely hates us. Young, inexperienced and very unprofessional. Then there are other Doctors like Deepthy who were exceptionally good. I reckon the company has to take extra care while choosing the staff if we have to come back and pay you for your way above average price tag. Delays in getting the information through to the manager inspite of calling several times .
