The rooms are pretty basic. The single beds were a little less wide, a double bed would be more comfortable. Accessibility and service was very good. Dine in options are both buffet and a la carte. Buffet spread is very good, and healthy. They also have a midnight menu and a coffee shop that is open till 4 in the morning. Overall a good deal for the price quoted, which is reasonable too.

The toilet door in room # 206 was very hard and could not be properly closed. The room had no view also. Room amenities were pretty basic, no hand towel was provided. TV channel options were extremely limited.

Stayed in this property for a month and overall, the experience was commendable. The wide array of options for breakfast and dinner truly enhanced the stay. The staff were well-mannered and attentive, meeting all my needs with professionalism. The laundry services stood out, ensuring clean and fresh clothes throughout the stay. However, there was a minor area where improvements could be made. The quality of toiletries, namely the soap and shampoo, provided to customers could be enhanced. It wasn't up to the expected standard. If this aspect is improved, it would perfectly round off an otherwise excellent stay. Despite this minor issue, I would still recommend this property for its stellar service and quality amenities.

Loved the experience, good rooms and service. Food is well made and reasonable price. It also has a cafe which is a bonus personally for me where u can work or can have some delicious coffee, croissants and lots more.

A good hotel to stay but staff is poor, untrained and many are incompetent. They have a big communication gap. One says something, other will deny. One will promise something, other will deny. For any special request, they will ask you to talk to the department head. It was so much headache for us everything we called for food, water, room service, tea. Reception person is like, you need to talk to the department head. We'll only do what we can. Our room AC didn't work at all the moment we checked in, reception person said ,we can not do anything as everything is sold. But when started yelling on him, all of sudden some rooms got vacated and then he shifted us to another room. It's not a star level property at all.

I am extremely satisfied with the rooms and the service offered by the hotel. Rooms are very neat and clean with all the basic amenities provided in the room. The restaurant is also very good, be it the quality and taste of food they provide and also the quality of service. The location where the hotel is situated is also a big plus. It is located in the heart of the city and just 45 mins from the airport. The only issue I found during my stay was that there wasn't much parking space in front of the hotel. Maybe they have a separate parking lot, which I am not that sure of. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would surely visit again when I'm in Hyderabad.

If you are looking for a basic hotel, meaning just a room and meals, this happens to be the best bang for the buck. We stayed here for 5 days, and it was a good experience. The rooms are decent, the staff and service are great. Food was also pretty good and affordable. Only few things i felt were off: 1. They have parking in front of the hotel for about 3 cars only, for others they have valet parking (they park in the basement of the adjacent building). Couple of times, their valet driver wasn't there (even at 11am) and nobody gave me clear instructions on where my car was. 2. They don't have a swimming pool. 3. All the fittings in the bathroom had hardwater scales. The wardrobes were screeching. The mini fridge was wobbly. The maintenance for these isn't so tough. Overall still a good experience, i will definitely consider this hotel the next time i go to Hyderabad.
