Decent Biriyani. It was not authentic but modified to local taste I think. Still a good option if you want a biriyani.

I have to say that the Restaurant didn't disappoint me however the flavours are a 4/5.Giving it a 5-star for the overall experience. The Owner is extremely friendly and the restaurant offers quite an array of unique dishes that I don't think any other restaurant offers in Kohima. Can give it a try if you're into experiencing new flavours.

Was far better beyond my expectation. The food here is amazing and the staffs are really hospitable. If you are carving for a good quality Indian food, i would highly recommend it. Go for their special biryanis and mutton curries. Also, masala panneer and butter chicken. Favourites.

Came for the food stayed back for the handsome owner James. Beautiful restaurant with great food , amazing atmosphere and great service. Will come back to check out the handsome owner and Of course the food too.

Loved the decan special chicken biryani Sad I couldn't have the dosa I was craving but all in all a good experience. I recommend it if u had enough of chow n momos

I recently had lunch at Deccan Restaurant in Kohima, India, and had an amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and the hospitality of the staff was impressive. Found this place with recommendation from my friend IMNAJUNGLA . wasn't expecting a deccan taste in a place like this . love the food , the service and the place. It sure does gives a vibe of deccan in the land of NAGAS. The crispy dosa will make u think that u are somewhere in chennai . the mutton thali doesn't exactly gives u the deccan feel but sure does delight your hungry soul .
