It was chaotic, zero crowd management, every one started playing and using the things. I have been Decathlon's customer for past 5 years. I really love this brand, but unfortunately this branch is not upto the expectations. But if you want to check, here are some suggestions. Their raincoats collection are the best. Good for trichy.. I was waiting for declathon to open in trichy for long time. Shop is small comparing to other cities and in store pickup is available. Please include more items like kites and others as much as possible because current product varieties are not enough. But biggest sport store room on trichy

It was a nice experience working with decathlon.Great working environment, supportive teammates and great place to learn about retail, product knowledge, leading the team.The overall environment was friendly and they all are very helpful.

Smallest decathlon.There is no variety of trip bag,rusksack bag,and fish bait,tent.Even I went to Coimbatore decathlon.There are more variety of products.I was expecting decathlon like Coimbatore and madurai store.but,it create worst experience and worst staff management

Though the store is not as big as the ones you find in Chennai or Bangalore, the customer service is amazing.
