Bad service. @Decathlon Cycle purchased in April, now break not working, they are not supportive. Mechanic is rude. I will not recommend this store. No after sale service. During service, any how increasing bill, on the name of no warranty. Disappointed by their service.

Is there any possibility to rate in negative..?? Need to improve sales and service. When I bought skating kit for my daughter they suggest to change it from inline to beginners skat by addition assembly (conversion kit). But after purchase no body help to convert it even after they charged 100rs for convert (additional 300rs for conversion kit). The sales girl don't know how to fix it. After 1 hr finally I got our skating after converting. But it was very disappointed for me that on same day evening 1 bolt from that skat came out and my daughter fallen on the road. When I check I found that each bolt was loos. I have paid much more amount compared to market for quality product which belongs to my daughter's safety. I never ever visit again even for buy a pair socks.
