For the first time we went to Decathlon ...wow you can get everything regards gym and sports,and treking shoes of all brands and also staff members are super friendly .....my kids enjoyed their bicycle ride....personally I love this place..
Decathlon (Belapur) is a one stop shop for all sports, gym and outdoor equipment. All items are properly categorised. They have trial rooms if you to try their clothing. They have 30 days return policy. The quality of clothes and shoes is good. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. You can park two wheelers outside the building.
The staff here is so sweet and supportive. One two instances when I bought machine here once worth Rs.80,000 and other time Rs. 60,000 Both times for some reason the product did not suit me. The staff was so helpful in making returns and processing my refund. (Rohit and a few other employees) All of it swift and easy. They also called me a couple of times before the refund was made to help me use the product efficiently. Really impressed with their customer service!!!
If you are looking for high quality sports wear, gym clothes, equipments, cycles, outdoor camping and other sports products, looks no further - just visit Decathlon. You will be surprised with wonderful quality products which is fairly priced. The staff are college students trained and always willing to help and quite knowledgeable about the products. The shop is quite decent and big. One suggestion is to improve billing time. Rest all great and kudos to the team behind this wonderful concept. Keep up !!!

Sufiyan at Decathlon Belapur was very very helpful. He is so well versed with bikes. My RC100 had a gear issue and he fixed it well. Very good to talk and very good experience. Gave me tips about handling my bike well. Such good experiences make me visit decathlon again and again
