Spacious and very well maintained showroom like any other Decathlon branch. Wide variety of sport equipments, tools, outfits, safety equipments, camping sets etc. Also the staffs are helpful to chose the best fit for us. Cost range is open.

The place is spacious with ample parking space and a good place for kids to play around. In the beginning they had some good shoes, t shirts and tracks for a very affordable price but now the collections are not that great and the price is high. They should bring back some trendy options at an affordable price. Customer service could be better, I don't blame them the place is crawling with screaming kids and ppl taking out everything but the attenders hardly answer your question. Overall a good place that has all the sports wear but has become average these days

Decathlon is good for sports related equipments and wearables including clothing specially winter clothing and accessories. It is having huge space with with huge commercial fans hanging from the roof. Something to watch out other than the stuff they offer on ground. This is just a fun fact and ofcourse not for purchase. They offer almost everything you may be interested in sports whether it is swimming, cycling, trekking, hiking, weightlifting, badminton, snowboarding, table tennis etc. or if you are making a trip to cold places and need jackets, inners, gloves, caps etc. It's one place to visit. You will always feel that things are costly here and actually they are in comparison to the market. Decathlon is famous for what they offer and at that comes at the cost. Buyers should know that this is not the only choice but there are other brands and alternate also available in the market which are equally good and sometimes better and also much lower in cost but in Decathlon, things are available under one roof and fixed pricing so that is the convenience. One can visit any outlet or visit online as well. Online gives better chance of getting varieties and availability in any of the store in the network. Do check online as well if you don't get the desired model, colour etc offline. Happy shopping!

Good collection compared to the main ones. They have an ample sitout place and have a decent amount of car parking on the ground floor.

Exceptional customer service! I recently visited Decathlon Hennur road for some shopping and unfortunately lost my gold chain. When I got back home and realized, I immediately contacted Decathlon. The staff (Pushparaj) was incredibly helpful and informed me that their housekeeping staff had found my chain and kept it safely in the lost and found section. I'm extremely grateful for their honesty and prompt assistance. Thank you, Decathlon, for going above and beyond to help a customer in need. I highly recommend this store for their outstanding service and integrity!

Good Place. Spacious - The place is quite big but not huge. I have visited other Decathlons which are bigger than this with wider variety. Variety - They have wide range of products but for every product they don't have a lot of options. When it comes to apparels they have good options. I was looking for a Barbell Lock which I found here. They have camping gear, bats, footballs, golf kit, archery kit, wide variety of cycles and other equipments. Quality - Their products in general are of great quality. Even a 99 Rs Bottle is of great quality and very durable. Prices - They are expensive in apparels and other sports products compared to other sources but at the same time their quality matches their prices. Some of the items were also very cheap like the iconic small Quechua bag is at 350 on Amazon and here it was 199. The Barbell Lock I bought is at 750 in Amazon and 500 here. They have all sort of camping gear at good prices. The peanut ball here is at 1399 and on Amazon at 849 Overall a very good place if you are looking for sports and fitness related products.

Disappointed, Although Decathlon claims to allow dogs, my recent visit left me disappointed as I wasn't permitted to bring my pet inside. Clear communication between the store policy and the actual practice needs improvement. I urge Decathlon to either update their policy or the website for accurate information.
