This place is awesome! Though the original purulia town is about 4 km from this place.. a bit difficulty in transportation from this place.. otherwise this place is very close to nature and always mesmerizing us with its beauty.

Sadar hospital is crowded. New SSH campus at Hatuara is yet to start after 5 years of completion.

One medical college is comming up in a big way. Construction work is going on by L&T. Regular course may start from next educational year. A very good infrastructure is getting ready.

The area is very calm and peaceful. This medical college is ready for MBBS study. New Hospital has been prepared temporarily for covid patients. The hospital is 10th floor with a very good infrastructure. Administrative building is in front with centralized ac with two big library. With a common room for ladies and gents. There are staff, teacher,doctor and nurse quaters with hostels for girls and boys. Playground,garden, swimming pool are under construction. Canteen are available in all the buildings. Only one sbstc bus is available from purulia bus stand to medical college frequently.
