De Thali - Biryani restaurant in Jaipur - Jaipur, India

I had the worst experience of their food! When I ordered their paneer executive thali for which I paid 303 rs exact on zomato! "Over expensive for no reason" is it about just earning? The rice wasn't cooked properly, paneer sabji wasn't good, mix veg in it felt like it had been cooked in the morning they just reheated again to present it in thali! I mean, I would have paid the same amount for thali and more but I wanted to try from new place! I am taking out my time from my dinner while starring at thali to write it down! Just know by this, how unsatisfactory this thali is! @Dethali, it's a request from your team to atleast serve with your heart. This isn't what I expected from you guys! And why do you even have to put extra paneer like this if you don't have the space in it! Atleast presentation should be great , but Dissatisfied. I never really put comments or reviews but this has forced me to.

Delivery service is very poor . I have a very bad experience with them . I highly not recommend this outlet to anyone. If anyone wants to waste their money then think to order form this outlet.

I ordered chole rice under 'meal for one' campaign of Swiggy in Rupees 89. They have sent me one very small shallow bowl containing rice and chole which is not even enough to feed a child. I complained to swiggy they said they can't refund it or take it back. They did not even suggested to send another box of meal for an adult. Shameful service by the restaurant and Swiggy.

DE THALI Provides food items at very reasonable prices and items are value for money. The delivery was quick and service was prompt. Also the packaging of the order parcel was good. I would highly recommend everyone to order food from De Thali and have a great time enjoying good quality food from here.

Who named it DeThali and not DeGalli. The premium thali is like Govt sponsored Annpurna thali. People say Aloo is for all seasons and they took it literally. Same Aloo sabji in the name of seasonable vegetable. A month old sweet and some milky white liquid, they call it Rayta. Nothing to speak about dal and rice. Then I tried Paneer kulcha and then Paneer Chaap. Both of them are so so. Chole served were too oily and looked stalled hence I asked for a changed serving. And you cant rate a chaap. Chaap is love. Even with 60% discount on food delivery portals, should be avoided if you don't want to ruin your day.

I m vegetarian..I placed veg food order and I received non veg food...worst customer care service of zomato n the restaurant..they have no shame

Ordered paneer tikka. Very bad in taste Food quality is very poor. Quantity of food is very less. Don't ordered paneer tikka from de thali.
